AI adoption consulting

We have the AI tools, but we are not getting enough out of them

The licences are in place, the training is done, and still not much is happening. The problem is rarely the technology. It is the structure around it.

Does this sound familiar?

  • The licences are bought, but most people still use Copilot as a slightly better search engine.
  • A few enthusiasts use AI every day. Everyone else has drifted back to the old way of working.
  • Leadership wants results but does not know what to measure.
  • There is an AI policy, but it lives in a document nobody has read.
  • Nobody owns the job of turning AI into new habits in each department.
  • Another course has already been suggested. It will not fix this.

A course gives people knowledge, not habits. What works is a pilot group with real tasks, a couple of champions in each department, and one person who owns keeping it going. The rest is structure, not technology.

AI adoption: What we help with

We shape the programme around where you are. Some need all of it, others only the part that is missing.

Mapping and pilot group

  • Mapping how AI is used today, what people can do, and what is holding them back.
  • Selecting the workflows where AI adds value right away.
  • A pilot group working on its own tasks in Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
  • A training and communication plan for the rest of the organisation.
  • Evaluation along the way, so the programme adjusts to what actually happens.

From AI policy to hands-on trials

Rules, ownership, and trials have to fit together. A policy that lives alone in a document changes nothing.

See what it includes
  • Drafting or reviewing the AI policy and guidelines.
  • Clear limits on what employees may and may not do, with concrete examples.
  • Training the pilot group in the tools the policy covers.
  • Collecting experience over an extended period, with recommendations for the wider rollout.

Leadership has to drive the change

Leaders do not need to become AI specialists. They need to set priorities, ask the right questions, and lead from the front.

See what it includes
  • Workshops with the leadership team, hands-on in the relevant tools.
  • Prioritising the processes leadership wants to move first.
  • Anchoring the initiatives, with a plan for who drives them forward.
  • A training strategy and change management tied to real decisions.

AI core team and champions

What keeps adoption alive after the programme is an internal core team and colleagues who help out day to day.

See what it includes
  • Building an AI core team or an equivalent internal group.
  • Selecting and training AI champions in each department.
  • Train-the-trainer, so you can carry the work forward without us.

How we have helped others

  • Several months

AI policy, pilot group, and evaluation

A large organisation put its policy and guidelines in place, ran a pilot group with hands-on training, and collected experience over an extended period before rolling out more widely.

  • Core team

    Core team and champion programme

Building an internal core team, training champions across departments, and train-the-trainer so the organisation could continue on its own.

  • Leadership team

    Workshops with leadership

Hands-on introductions for the leadership team, prioritising the processes to move first, and a plan for driving the initiatives internally.

Price and format

Most organisations start with a workshop programme with Anders Jensen: One day at your site with the leadership team or pilot group, plus half a day of online follow-up. Longer programmes covering policy, pilot group, and champions are agreed from there.

Frequently asked questions

We have already run a Copilot course. Why is it not working?

Because a course gives people knowledge, not habits. Without real workflows to practise on, a pilot group, and someone following up, most people fall back to the old way within weeks. This programme is about the structure after the course.

Do we need an AI policy before we start?

You need clear rules for what employees may and may not do, but the policy does not have to be finished before the pilot group starts. It usually gets better when it is written alongside the first practical experience.

Which tools do you work with?

Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, ChatGPT, and Claude. The programme is not tied to one tool. An AI policy and a champion programme work the same way regardless of vendor.

How long does an adoption programme take?

A workshop day with follow-up can stand on its own. A programme with policy, pilot group, and evaluation typically runs over a few months, because habits need time to settle before you decide on the wider rollout.
